Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. Because each appointment is time reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Providing advance notice gives your stylist the opportunity to offer that time to another guest and helps us keep our schedules running smoothly.

Cancellations made the day before your scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of 25% of the scheduled service total.

Same-day cancellations and missed appointments/no-shows are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled.

We understand that true emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur and encourage you to contact your stylist as soon as possible if something comes up.
